Cracked Screen Prank App
A hyper-realistic cracked screen prank app for Android with procedural glass cracks, shake trigger, sound effects, and full-screen overlay mode.
Caller Privacy Lock is a complete Android dialer and call management app, built with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose (Material 3), and the native Android Telecom API. It protects incoming caller identity (name, number, and photo) from shoulder surfing and lock-screen snooping.
When a call arrives, the caller details stay hidden behind a privacy shield. The user reveals them using the same security they already use to unlock their phone, whatever it is. No separate setup or new credentials are needed inside the app. The identity can auto-hide again after a custom timeout or when the phone is placed face-down.
The app integrates with Telecom InCallService and CallScreeningService. It supports speaker, earpiece, and Bluetooth routing, microphone mute, and instant ringer silence without dropping the call.
The UI uses a dark Obsidian and CyberCyan theme with edge-to-edge layout and a flicker-free splash screen. Everything runs 100% offline, with no telemetry, no ads, and no third-party SDKs. The code follows a clean architecture with unidirectional data flow, using StateFlow, DataStore, and Navigation Compose, plus Robolectric, Roborazzi, and JUnit 4 tests. It is easy to customize and publish under your own brand. This project was developed with the help of AI tools.
No. It runs completely offline. There is no telemetry, no ads, and no third-party SDKs. All verification and settings stay on the device.
No. The app uses whatever security the phone already has, so the user verifies the same way they unlock their device.
Yes. The clean structure makes it easy to change the theme, add features, and rename the package and app ID before publishing. Since it is a dialer app, it must be set as the default phone app to handle calls.
