Shipping Policy

1. Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to all physical (print-on-demand) orders placed through our shop at alsaeeddev.com/shop. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to this policy, please refer to Section 2 for details on digital delivery.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy. If you have any questions before placing an order, please contact us at hello@alsaeeddev.com.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products such as UI kits, code templates, and design assets do not require shipping. Upon successful payment:
- A download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- The download link will also be available in your order confirmation email and your account dashboard (if you are registered).
- Download links are typically delivered instantly or within a few minutes of payment confirmation.
- If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us for assistance.
No shipping charges apply to digital product orders.
3. Print-on-Demand Order Processing
All physical merchandise in our shop is produced on demand by a third-party fulfillment partner. This means each item is custom-manufactured after your order is placed. Please note the following:
- Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner for production within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Production time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on the product type and current fulfillment queue. This is separate from and in addition to shipping time.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
4. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes below are calculated from the date of shipment (after production is complete) and are provided as a general guide only. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier workload, and circumstances outside our control.
- Domestic (within fulfillment country): 3–7 business days after shipment.
- International Standard: 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination country.
- International Express (where available): 3–10 business days after shipment.
These estimates do not include production time. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
AlSaeedDev does not guarantee delivery by any specific date. We are not liable for delays caused by the fulfillment partner, shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or any other factors beyond our reasonable control.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, product weight, and selected shipping method. The exact amount will be displayed before you confirm your order.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled on our part.
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on fulfillment logistics, but you will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments unless explicitly stated at checkout.
- Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be shown at checkout and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
6. International Shipping & Customs
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, please be aware of the following when ordering internationally:
- International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and local taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- AlSaeedDev has no control over customs processes or fees and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply to your order.
- Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes. We are not responsible for such delays.
- In rare cases, customs authorities may seize or return a package. AlSaeedDev is not liable for packages held, confiscated, or returned by customs. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to discuss reshipment options.
- We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
- Tracking availability and detail level depend on the shipping carrier and destination country. Some international shipments may have limited tracking once they leave the origin country.
- If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder and then contact us at hello@alsaeeddev.com.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@alsaeeddev.com. We will do our best to update the address before production or shipment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is submitted to our fulfillment partner.
- AlSaeedDev is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you. Reshipment to a corrected address may incur an additional shipping fee.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition and on time. If something goes wrong, here is what to do:
- Delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, first check the tracking information. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
- Lost orders: If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier or has not arrived significantly beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@alsaeeddev.com. We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
- Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
- Wrong item received: If you receive an item that does not match your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or for items reported more than 14 days after the confirmed delivery date.
10. Returns & Refunds
Because all physical products are custom-produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size ordered, please review the size guide on each product listing carefully before purchasing
- Minor colour variations between the product mockup and the printed item, as screen calibration and print processes naturally differ
Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product listing as described in Section 9 above. For any refund or replacement request, please contact us at hello@alsaeeddev.com within 14 days of delivery.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in our fulfillment processes, third-party partners, or for legal and operational reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our shop after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
