All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Project & Payment Terms

All projects are governed by a written agreement (via email or messaging) that defines the scope of work before commencement. The following terms apply to all engagements:

  • Prices listed on this website (e.g., "starting from $5") are indicative minimums and not binding quotes. Final pricing is agreed upon after reviewing the full project scope.
  • A deposit of 30–50% may be required before work begins, depending on the project size.
  • Final payment is due upon delivery of the completed project.
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Project timelines are estimates only and may vary based on scope complexity and client responsiveness.
  • Scope changes after agreement may result in revised pricing and/or timeline adjustments.
  • Revisions beyond the agreed number will be charged at a separately agreed hourly or fixed rate.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, code snippets, and design is the proprietary property of AlSaeedDev and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

With respect to client projects:

  • Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final agreed deliverables.
  • AlSaeedDev retains the right to showcase completed work in a portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
  • Third-party libraries, frameworks, or assets (e.g., Firebase, Flutter SDK, Bootstrap) used in projects remain subject to their own respective licenses.
  • Source code is transferred to the client only when explicitly agreed upon in the project terms.

5. User Responsibilities

By using this website or engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • All information you provide (project details, contact information, etc.) is accurate and complete.
  • You have the legal right and authority to enter into a service agreement with us.
  • You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
