Product Licenses & Service Terms

Applies to digital products and freelance services provided by Al Saeed Dev (alsaeeddev.com). Last updated: October 17, 2026

Which license applies to my product?

Every product page states its license type. A license file (LICENSE.txt) is also included inside the product zip. If the two ever differ, the product page at the time of purchase applies.

Standard

Standard License

For products that are sold to many buyers, including free downloads. The same product may be sold or given to other people.

You may

You may not

Free products

Free products use the same Standard License. In addition, free products may be changed or removed at any time, and support or updates are not guaranteed unless the product page says so.

Credit to Al Saeed Dev is appreciated but not required. Some products are created with the assistance of AI tools; see "AI-assisted material" in the general terms below.

Exclusive

Exclusive License

For products that are sold to one buyer only. Once purchased, the product is removed from the store.

The seller agrees

You may

You may not

What "exclusive" does not mean

Exclusive covers this exact product only. The seller keeps the right to use his general skills, ideas, and pre-existing code, tools and components (including those inside your product) in other work, and to make other products that are different from yours. For AI-generated material, the seller cannot prevent other people from generating similar results with their own AI tools.

Ownership

The seller keeps ownership of the product. Your purchase gives you exclusive usage rights, not a transfer of ownership. If you want full ownership of the product, contact the seller before buying.

AI-assisted material

If the product page says a product was made with AI assistance, the seller cannot guarantee that copyright or trademark protection will be available for it, or that it is free from third-party claims. The seller has made reasonable checks to avoid resemblance to existing brands. See the general terms below for details.

Product types

Extra rules by product type

These rules apply on top of the Standard or Exclusive License, whichever your product uses.

Android and Flutter apps (source code)

You must replace package names, branding, API keys, ad unit IDs, and backend accounts with your own, and follow store policies. The seller does not guarantee that an app will be approved by any store.

UI kits and React / web templates

You may use the design and code in your own or your clients' end products. You may not resell the UI kit or template itself, in original or modified form. Fonts, icons, images and demo content shown in previews are included only if the product page says so; otherwise they have their own licenses.

WordPress themes, templates and plugins

You may use them on unlimited websites you own or build for clients. The GPL rules in the general terms below apply to the PHP code. License keys, updates and support, where offered, are covered by the product page.

AI-generated media packs (social media reels, videos, images, audio)

Music, voices, fonts or other third-party items are included only where the product page says so. Platform music libraries have their own terms. Platforms may treat AI-generated content differently (for example by requiring labels); that is your responsibility.

Services

Freelance Services (custom work)

For custom work done for a client, such as Android or Flutter apps, WordPress / WooCommerce development, websites, design and video content. This section applies to work ordered directly or through a platform such as Fiverr, unless that platform's own terms say otherwise.

Ownership of the delivered work

Until full payment is received, all rights stay with the seller.

What stays with the seller

For these, the client receives a non-exclusive right to use them as part of the delivered work.

Portfolio

The seller may show the finished work (screenshots, description, demo) in his portfolio. If the client needs this kept private, they must say so before the work starts, in writing.

Scope, revisions and changes

The work, price, deadline and number of revisions are those agreed before starting. Extra features or changes outside that agreement may be charged separately.

Client responsibilities

The client provides the content, accounts, credentials and approvals needed to complete the work, and confirms that supplied material (logos, text, images, data) is legally theirs to use. The client is also responsible for following the policies of the stores and services where the work is published.

Payment and cancellation

Payment terms are as agreed before starting. If a project is cancelled, completed work up to that point remains payable.

Confidentiality

The seller keeps the client's private information, credentials and unpublished project details confidential and uses them only for the project.

After delivery

Free bug-fix support for issues in the delivered work is provided for the period agreed with the client. New features, updates and long-term maintenance are separate work.

General terms (all licenses)

Ownership

Buying or downloading a product gives you a license to use it. Ownership of the original product stays with Al Saeed Dev.

AI-assisted material

Some products are created fully or partly with the assistance of AI tools, and some are not. Where a product was made with AI assistance, this is stated on its product page.

For AI-assisted material, the seller cannot guarantee that copyright or trademark protection will be available for it, or that it is free from third-party claims. AI-assisted code, like all software, may contain errors, so the buyer should test it before using it in production.

Third-party libraries, frameworks and material

Libraries, frameworks, packages, plugins, fonts, icons, images, music and other third-party items (for example Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, React, Font Awesome, Flutter packages, WordPress and WooCommerce) belong to their respective owners and keep their own open-source or commercial licenses. The seller does not re-license them.

The buyer must follow those licenses, including any requirement to keep license notices. This applies equally to code written by the seller and to code generated with AI assistance.

WordPress plugins and themes

WordPress code is released under the GPL where required by WordPress. For plugins and themes built on WordPress, the GPL applies to the PHP code as required, whether it was written by the seller or generated with AI assistance. The resale and redistribution limits in the Standard License apply only where the GPL allows them. Paid items such as updates, support and license keys remain covered by the product page terms.

Source code and app products

You are responsible for following the policies of the stores and services where you publish (for example Google Play) and for using your own API keys, accounts and credentials.

Support, updates and refunds

Support and updates are as described on the product page. Because digital products cannot be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable unless the delivered file is defective or does not match its description. Free products come without guaranteed support or updates.

No warranty

Products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The seller is not liable for any loss or damage arising from their use.

Violations

If these terms are broken, the license ends automatically and the seller may request removal of any redistributed files.

Changes to these terms

The license that applies to you is the one shown on the product page, and included in the product zip, at the time you bought or downloaded the product. Later changes do not reduce rights you already have.
