About this product

Invoice SaaS is a complete Laravel 11 source code project for running a multi-tenant invoicing and expense platform. Every business gets its own workspace, with Owner and Staff roles and data isolated automatically.

Create invoices with multiple line items, per-item tax and discounts, generate A4 PDFs, record payments and refunds, and email clients through a background queue. A dashboard and date-filtered reports show revenue, expenses, and outstanding invoices.

Built with clean service classes, policies, and tests, it is easy to customize, rebrand, and launch as your own SaaS.

Does it include an online payment gateway?

No. Payments are recorded manually by the owner or staff after money is received. Gateway integration can be added as a custom service.

Can I use it as a multi-user SaaS?

Yes. Users register at /register and get their own business workspace, with data isolated per business and Owner and Staff roles.

How do I run it and send emails?

Install dependencies, run migrations, and start php artisan queue:work. For real emails, add your SMTP details (Gmail, Mailgun, SES, and others) in .env.
