Water Delivery App with Admin Panel in Flutter

About this project

Water Delivery System is a complete water delivery management solution built with Flutter. It includes a Customer App for ordering, subscriptions, and real-time delivery tracking, and a responsive Admin Dashboard for managing orders, users, products, riders, and reports. Both apps share one Firebase backend, so orders, tracking, and subscriptions stay in sync in real time.

Objectives

Water delivery businesses manage orders, riders, and subscriptions manually. The goal was a complete system where customers order and track deliveries, while the owner manages the whole business from one dashboard.

Key Features

  • Customer app: authentication, product catalog, cart, order placement and tracking
  • Subscription plans and address management with Google Maps
  • Real-time delivery tracking and push notifications
  • Offline support with Hive
  • Admin panel: analytics dashboard, order, user, product, inventory, rider, and subscription management
  • Coupons, banners, reports, and secure admin login
  • Fully responsive web admin UI

Development Process

  1. Used AI to generate and refine the UI/UX design
  2. Used AI for code structuring and problem solving
  3. Customized, integrated, and tested the final result manually

Challenges & Solutions

  • Keeping two apps in sync: The Customer App and Admin Panel connect to the same Firebase project, so changes appear in real time on both sides.
  • Working without internet: Hive stores data locally to give the customer app offline support.
  • Live delivery tracking: Google Maps integration for addresses and real-time rider tracking.
